Who is Coach Domenech?

Here is a brief back-ground story:

Born and raised in Northbridge Ma, the last thing me or anyone who knew me growing up would’ve thought (Joe) would make a career out of is Personal Training.

This photo on the left shows the time period in my life where I took my Health into my own hands. This photo also portrays the time period where I had enough of the bullying and name-calling that came with being the “fat-funny kid”.

The switch happened when I was 13 years old, when I made changes to my nutrition without really knowing what I was doing. I quickly saw results. Those results led to habits and those habits are still ones I follow to this day and likely will never fall away from.

About 1 year later on my nutrition journey, I found the gym and quickly saw results there. I once again fell in love with the idea of taking control of my health and body. The ability to truly dictate my health future also gave me a positive outlook on life overall.

Long-story short: my goal here is to help men and women dodge the B.S when it comes to health and fitness, so you can achieve results the right way and permanent way.

The way we’ve gone about fitness in America is not helping anyone.

Most people in America are over-weight and un-healthy, due to the wrong information and education out there.

My goal as a Coach and Nutritionist, is to not only help the people who see me on a daily basis yet also those who view my content.

A more healthy America is more productive America.
