Whole Foods make Weight Loss Easy….

Have you ever wanted to make weight loss easier and faster?

Most people, especially in America deal with exactly this issue. Not being able too lose weight at a proper speed and or keep it off.

We typically hop from: diet to diet, FAD to FAD, Exercise to Exercise, hoping that something will cure our issues. Little do we know, the answer lies in our ancestry.

For 1000’s of years, we existed eating off the Earth’s food that “Naturally” grew. As well as the live-stock and animals we could hunt. These foods sustained us and our evolution for 1000’s of years, yet as we began to industrialize… we have begun to demonize these certain foods.

We as humans, yet more importantly as American’s, live rapid lifestyles that merge directly with the increase of Processed or Junk Food. Said food was created to pack lots of flavor and calories into a small package, making us overeat more calories then we think, so we can do more work than we should.

Before the existence of these processed foods, we ran off Whole or Natural foods and if you look at the data, diseases we’re down across the board.

Correlation or possibly causation? How about both!

If we can get back to the days of eating Whole or Natural food sources, which contain: more nutrients, water, fiber, etc. We will be getting back to the eating style of the days where there was little obesity induced diseases.

Whole or natural foods, are the foods typically found on the outside of the grocery store. They also do require more preparation than those “in the box” foods. However, if you can make these foods in advance, your lifespan will advance.

There’s no need to 100% adopt a Whole Foods diet right away to see benefits, that shouldn’t be the case with any diet or eating style. Aim to increase your Natural Food consumption one meal at a time.

Slowly increase your consumption of the foods we are designed to eat and watch as your body becomes healthier at a faster/sustainable pace than ever before.
